Modern apartment, home from home

Our little slice of paradise is in the popular suburb of Whalers Gate - just a short drive from town and five minutes drive from the nearest beach. The apartment is downstairs from our family home, amid a lush garden and a busy vegetable patch! The space The apartment is under our (busy) family home. It has it's own access and is completely self contained. Guest access The apartment is self-contained, with own kitchen, bedroom, bathroom (en-suite) and living area. There is a small outdoor area with patio furniture directly in front of the apartment. Other things to note Please note, we have a dog (an energetic vizsla named Trigger) who lives upstairs. He roams the garden and will happily come and visit you! As our family home is above the apartment (with two children), please be aware there can be noise disturbance however this rarely causes an issue. We do our best to provide a clean, warm and friendly environment for your stay. We are a busy working family - standards are high but not 5-star hotel grade! Also, the bathroom is accessed from the main bedroom so please take this into consideration if you have guests using the sofa bed. We have built a garage immediately in front of our home and are building a new porch. The building work does not impact on the apartment but just a word of warning that the presentation of our front garden is temporarily not to a high standard. We also have a very busy (messy?!) veggie garden and chickens which are just to the rear of the apartment. The chooks are normally very "well-behaved" but occasionally are early risers with a bit of clucking! Let us know if you'd like to enjoy a freshly laid egg or two... Please note our WIFI can occasionally cut out downstairs and requires us to re-boot. For this reason we do not guarantee 100% connectivity but it is a rare problem.
