Room in old farmhouse Berkel

The farmhouse is a beautiful, monumental building from the eighteenth century located in a valley in the Luxembourgish Ardennes. The second floor has been renovated to a guest area with four rooms, two shared bathrooms, two toilets and a shared dining room. There is free WiFi in rooms. Dogs are welcome. Smoking is not allowed. The space All rooms are furnished with two single beds, that can be separated if desired, a washbasin with hot and cold water and a sitting area. In the dining room there is a kitchenette where guests can use a microwave, a fridge and a coffee maker. Guests can sit here comfortably while enjoying a delicious cup of coffee or tea. In the bookcase you can find information folders, games, blocks and coloring pages for children. Guest access The rooms have a separate entrance that leads to the second floor of the farmhouse. In front of the house there is a lounge sofa, a fire pit, a barbecue and a terrace for overall use. There is also a table tennis and table football table. During high season, our bar / snack bar is open where you can have a drink, eat a snack or pizza and play pool or darts. Furthermore, activities are regularly organized here. At the campsite you can sit by the water; a dip in the Sûre on hot days is a great way to cool down! The farm is still active you everyone is welcome to visit our cows and if you're lucky they are just being fed. Moreover, there is a good chance that you will come across our cats, our geese or our dog. During your stay You can always contact us for questions, suggestions or other information. We always enjoy socializing or giving tips about this beautiful country. We respect the privacy of our guests and we will not come into the rooms during your stay. The bathrooms and common areas are cleaned daily. Other things to note Our accommodation is quite remote. Facilities such as restaurants and supermarkets are therefore not close by, There are no cooking facilities, only a microwave and a barbecue. The windows in the farm are placed quite high, so there is no view of the surroundings from the rooms. From the dining room however there is a nice view of the river.
