Treescape House, Scotts Valley/Santa Cruz Getaway

A serene, premier Scotts Valley neighborhood, hillside home , private back deck, overlooking trees, and valley view. Our neighborhood is an eclectic mix of homes, rich history, 1440 Multiversity, or Glenwood Preserve entrance, 7 min walk. Prime location, 3 minute drive, to restaurants, stores, Starbucks, microbrewery, and more. Treescape house, is a mile from Highway 17, 8 miles to Santa Cruz, 10 miles to Natural Bridges State Beach, UC Santa Cruz, and 15 miles to Silicon Valley. The space Treescape house, located in beautiful, Bethany Park Neighborhood, Scotts Valley. We’re hillside neighborhood, across the street from Glenwood Preserve, (family friendly, hiking trails ), and around the corner from 1440 Multiversity. Treescape house is main level , private , one story, two bedroom, one bath house . Laundry room is the only shared space, two washers, two dryers, all laundry supplies provided, we’re always happy to provide particular laundry brand, for our guests during their stay, we’ll pick up, at no additional charge . Laundry room is located outside main house, downstairs , at the lower, 2nd level. Our property has an additional, one bedroom /bath, beautiful private Treescape guest suite, that can be found on Airbnb , & completely separate, from the main, upper level house. Treescape house has one dedicated parking spot, right next to the private, main front door entrance. Our Treescape house guests, get to enjoy, the upper house private deck , views of beautiful native trees, valley hillside, and bird watching galore. (The hummingbirds are entertaining, and little characters). Guest access Guests staying at Treescape house, have access to the whole hillside property outside , the laundry room, which is shared space, and their one dedicated parking spot . Please be mindful of noise , especially if walking on the path by the lower 3rd level, private guest suite , we’re an peaceful, quite , family neighborhood. Other things to note We’re on Scott’s Valley city water, city sewer , on the same electrical grids as the Scotts Valley Elementary, and Highschool (which is great when winter storms hit, our power outages are always dealt with swiftly by PG&E).
