Charming house in a beautiful village

Beautiful atypical house overlooking the river, in the heart of a charming village. It is a very pleasant house to live in, very well equipped since it is our home. The village is beautiful and there are many activities around the house: cycling on the towpath, canoeing (we have 2 at your disposal), hiking, castles, Angers and more! The space We enter through a small courtyard, the entrance serves 2 children's bedrooms, a bathroom and the laundry room. The staircase leads to the living floor overlooking the garden (house built on sloping land): large living room with beautiful open kitchen, adult bedroom, shower room, TV room, an intermediate covered space with the outside. From the living room, you can access a terrace. A large plot with games (trampoline, course, swing). Large vegetable garden where you can help yourself! Several corners according to your desires: terrace in the sun or table in the shade. Important point: Since this is our home, don't expect a "gîte" with empty cupboards. But of course, we provide you with storage spaces. We want to find trusted guests who take care of our home as if it were their own. We make the choice to leave everything available, so we ask you to have special respect for our things. :) Other things to note The only downside of the house is the proximity to the road that runs through the village. The double glazing works very well but we do not recommend sleeping with the windows open.
