Oleander apartments are located on a quiet location and you will have all the quiet, space and facilities to enjoy a lovely vacation on the interesting & magical Croatian peninsula - Istria. They are located 4 km from the historical center of Pula, in a district named Veli Vrh, in a quiet surroundings with lots of green, olive trees and vineyards. The nearest beach is about 2,5 km from the apartments (at Stinjan and Puntizela). Our family house has two apartments, both are on the ground floor. First apartment (A1) is for 2 + 2 persons, and second apartment (A2) is for 4 + 2 persons. They are very suitable for families with kids, with lot of garden space. A1 has one bedroom for 2 persons (double bed), and there is a couch in living room for 2 extra persons (155x200). A2 has two bedrooms for 4 persons, and there is a couch in living room for 2 extra persons (155x195). In one bedroom is 1 double bed, and in another bedroom there are 2 single beds. There is a possibility to rent both apartments, for 6 + 4 persons max. We wish you a pleasant stay in our apartments! Family Sugar-Glavas Guest access Car parking is in the courtyard. Other things to note Price includes: turist tax, bed linen and towels, final cleaning, use of all facilities in the apartments, use of electricity, water and gas. Prices on the price list are for max 4 people. 5th and 6th person are paying 10 EUR/night more (each person). Stays for less than 4 nights price increase 30%. Advanced payment to book the apartments is 10% of total cost.
