The back yard is private and can only be accessed in case of emergency Other things to note CAR PARK There is no car parking space at the house but there is a council car park directly behind the house called BELMONT CARPARK (2mins walk) which you can book also through JUSTPARK app with location code 8364 (this doesn't guarantee a spot but can save buying a ticket each day) there are 3 other pay and display car parks all within 5 mins walk from the house and roadside parking around. Most of these are free from 4pm until 9am the next day. please check this. people are always on the move in Newquay so spaces do come available in high season.
