Both guest rooms share one common sitting/dinning room. Guest rooms have separate entrance and facing. OUR PRICING IS NOT FOR THE ENTIRE VILLA, but as per the the guest rooms and no of guests. During your stay Most of the time available in the property. Other things to note Half board meals is Rs 1250/- per head, per night ( Incl of breakfast & dinner) Full board meals is Rs 1500/- per head, per night ( Incl of breakfast, lunch & dinner). Driver's accommodation @ 1250/- per night. Additional person (3rd person) in the existing bedroom will be charged Rs 1750/- per night. Max occupancy in a room is 3. Single person occupancy will be charged, 2750/- Per night. AC room facilities attract additional charges, Rs 750/- per night. Facilities like campfire, BBQ, Washing machine etc will be at additional cost. Kitchen provided for basic cooking only , eg infant meals .
