Welcome to the seaside in a contemporary and ecological house. Enjoy the comfortable interior design with your family or friends. Make use the free bicycles, the 1500 square meters shared outdoor living with toys for children (trampoline, gantry, slide), the vegetable garden, the greenhouse and hen house. Take a walk on the great beaches of Vendée coast and relax in the heart of the Natura 2000 area of the "Dunes, forest and marsh of Olonne". The space Our ecological wooden house of 100 square meters living space is 5 minutes by bike from the sea and 200 meters from shops. For your comfort we provide linens, bed sheets (beds made), towels, napkins, tea towels and wipers. Internet access is free (Wifi). Some Bikes, a children's trailer and a child's bicycle seat are self-service like surf boards. On request we can provide free baby equipment (high chair, cot). There is two communicating housing composed of: - A room of 11 square meters with 160x200 queen size bed possibility to install a portable baby crib. - A room of 11 square meters with two simple beds of 90x200 (modifiable in king size bed of 180x200) including a mezzanine accessible by a ladder with a 140x200 mattress on floor. - A bedroom of 12 square meters with private bathroom, queen size bed 160x200 possibility to install a portable baby crib. - A living room with kitchenette, sofa convertible into a single bed 80x190 and 140x200 mattress on floor. - A kitchen (oven, induction 3 burners, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, blender foot, trash sorting bin) open to the living room and outdoor deck. - A living room with low table, TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi, library. - A bathroom with walk-in shower. - Two independents WC. - A laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, materials and cleaning products. - A south-facing deck equipped with garden lounge, sunbathing, umbrella, barbecue. - A north side deck equipped with garden lounge. - A shared outdoor living of about 1500 square meters enclosed by hedgerows with a slide swing, a trampoline and various toys for children. Guest access You can park your cars on a private parking next to the house.
