Other things to note Check-in and collection of Keys guests need to come to Stay in Paternoster's office at 87 St. Augustine Road in Paternoster before going to the house. Directions in Paternoster – On entering the town, turn left at the 4-way stop. 1st Building on your right hand side, directly opposite the Noisy Oyster, 87 St Augustine Rd, is the accommodation offices. (GPS Co ordinates: 32° 48' 34.30"S - ° 17‘53' 38.98"E) *Check-in time is strictly between 14h00 – 17h00 (Mon – Thu), 14h00 – 19h00 (Fri) & 14h00 – 16h00 (Sat & Sun & Public Holidays). No check-ins will be entertained on Christmas day, Good Friday, Ascension Day or New Year's Day. A surcharge of R200 per hour or part thereof, will be charged for any arrival later than check-in time as indicated. This surcharge is deductible from the Key & Breakage deposit. The guest consents to this deduction if applicable. *Check-out time is strictly at 10h00 on the last day of your stay – unless specifically arranged otherwise with a Stay in Paternoster Staff member. Any unit that is not vacated by 10h00 will be subject to a surcharge of R200 per hour or part thereof, for each hour exceeding the check-out time. The surcharge is deductible from the Key & Breakage deposit. The guest consents to this deduction if applicable. Damages: If any damages are incurred by guests the claim process will be followed via the Airbnb Resolution Centre within 14 days and you will receive communication from Airbnb directly regarding any costs. SELF CATERING – Please note that all our rental units are Self Catering therefore we ONLY provide a starter kit of toilet paper (one roll per bathroom), a small amount of washing up liquid and/or two dishwasher blocks and two rubbish bags. Please bring you can purchase all supplies (including wood) from the Paternoster Xpress as you enter the village on your left. SERVICING OF UNITS - Units are not serviced. If you would like to request a cleaner during your stay please contact the Stay in Paternoster office. This will be a separate arrangement, and cleaners can be paid directly in cash. LINEN CHANGE – During a longer stay, linen and towels will be replaced after 7 days. The house will not be serviced, only fresh linen provided. BRING ALONG your own food, drinks, beach towels and wood.
