Comfy cottage

The cottage is built on the property of the owner's house but has its own entrance. The cottage is located in a nice quiet residential area just 1 km from the Royal Palace Soestdijk. The wooded area is a paradise for cyclists, walkers, horse riders. The cottage has its own terrace in the owner's garden. Public transport brings you within 50 min. into the city of Amsterdam (35 min. by car) and within 40 min. into the city of Utrecht (25 min. by car). - Netflix - Fast Internet The space Netflix & YouTube available on TV Fast internet (500 mBit/s up and down on cable, > 440 Mbit/s on Wifi, see picture) The Cottage has been completely renovated in 2019 and can be booked since April 2019. The Kitchen (2019) is equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, an oven, a fridge/freezer, senseo coffee machines, a kettle and a slow juicer. The two single beds are upstairs in an open space that is not closed off from the stairs and the living room. You have to go through this space to get to the bedroom with the double bed and the adjoining bathroom. Upon request, one single bed can be exchanged for a working desk. Guest access The whole cottage is for the guests as well as a terrace behind the cottage. Other things to note There are 2 older ladies bikes to use, 1 with shopping bag. Solar panels on the rooftop of the cottage help in the electricity supply. There is a charging point for an electric car in the driveway, which can be used in consultation. As the cottage is located in a quiet residential area, you will be expected to adhere to the normal noise standards.
