Central Suite with private bath

Family room, family house. We are a venetian family, we do love to have guests and make them feel at home. The house is located in the historical centre 15min walking time from St. lucia railways station and 15 min from Rialto bridge. Guest access Guests are always welcome in the house. They have their own room (20sqm) and a bathroom (exclusive for you external the room). The room is equipped with a fridge, kettle, hairdryer. The use of the kitchen of the house in not allowed. We ask the maximum respect for the house and the neighborhood (no extra noise from 11pm to 8am). We do not provide breakfast and laundry service as requested by law. Many coffee shop are around the house as well an automatic laundry. We love to talk and help our guest if they need. During your stay We love to talk and share moments with guests if they desire it too. In the past, thanks to my guest we did a lot of new good friendships.
