Awesome CONV 2BR in Old (Down) Town

Our Awesome CONVERTIBLE 2 bedroom has everything one should need. It is bright, cozy, centrally located, quiet and has great hosts that are always ready to help :) P.S. If this one is not available for your dates, look for my other "Awesome" or "Sunny" apartments, same location same building. The space We rent bright and cozy, entire convertible 2 bedroom (not separate two bedrooms, only one bedroom and niche with sofa bed, separated with shelves from living area) apartment in best building and best location one can get in Tbilisi Downtown or Old town as they call it. Close to parks, shopping, cafes and restaurants Neighborhood is called "Mtatsminda" - Holly mountain. Building is brand new as well. Has reception/front desk, 24/7 security guards and CCTV cameras all over the premises. Also huge, well lit and heated, white marble foyer and 4 elevators. Building is located 50m off of Rustaveli Avenue on Besik street. Despite the super central location apartment itself is very quiet as windows are overlooking the courtyard. There is no smoking inside of the apartment (Only on balcony) Fresh bed linens and towels, kitchen utensils are all provided. Apartment also features microwave, toaster, oven, electric cooker, washing machine, LCDTV, digital cable with English channels and Wi-Fi. Building offers beck up electricity supply, so if power outage, you will not be stuck in elevator :) And last, but for sure not list to mention, apartment has very nice central climate control system to keep our guests warm and cozy in winter and nice and cool in summer. While here we will be glad to answer all your questions and help you with directions to make your stay comfy and smooth. NOTE: Please DO mention if you like 2 separate beds/linens to be prepared when sending inquire or making reservation for 2 persons. Guest access For emergencies, spare keys are always kept at the security boot. Instructions how to collect it you will be able to see in House Manual field after finalizing the booking. Other things to note There are several thing we would like you to know: 1. Very Important!!! Please DO mention if you like 2 separate beds/linens to be prepared when sending inquire or making reservation for 2 persons. 2. Essentials (toilet paper, soap) are provided only for the beginning (not for the whole duration of your stay) until you get a chance for shopping. No shampoo/conditioner provided No cooking basics (oil, salt, pepper) etc…Please plan accordingly. 3. We do not charge extra fee for late check out, but the option is rarely available. Usually we're tightly booked and only have 3 hours between bookings to prepare the apartment for the next guests. If you would like to check out later then 11:00am, please mention it while making the reservation. We thank you in advance for understanding :)
