Hout Bay Stay

A self-catering holiday cottage which has a double bedroom, lounge, kitchen, balcony, lovely garden (shared) and swimming pool (shared). The space Hout Bay Stay is located in the picturesque fishing village of Hout Bay. The cottage has uninterrupted sweeping mountain and valley views of Hout Bay and is set on a quiet road that is near to a river. The cottage consisting of a double bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, lounge/ dining room, bathroom, balcony, garden barbecue and swimming pool is tranquil, spacious, private and secure. Equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, TV, sound system, hairdryer, wi-fi and safe. Bedding and towels are provided. Guest access A light, spacious self-catering apartment with a separate entrance, attached to a private house with permanent residents. Other things to note Unfortunately we don't accommodate persons below the age of 30. Guests visiting. You may have a maximum of two visitors between the hours of 4pm and 9pm. Guests are not to use the pool, the shower, bedding or towels. Please speak to us about parking should they have their own car. Washing of clothes. No washing of clothes is to take place in the bathroom. Please speak to us about the location of a laundry service. Floor. No chemicals should be used to clean the floor or carpet. If you have an accident then just tell us. Balcony area. Do not put bedding or furniture outside on the balcony area. Pool. The pool is not deep so please do not dive in. Ask us if you need an umbrella. Smoking. No smoking is allowed inside even with a window open. Hot water. The hot water is solar heated and the temperature may vary. Please be careful as it may be unexpectedly hot. Lighting. There should be no need to leave lights on when you are out just use the provided remote control which switches on all the outside lights for 10 minutes. Electrical appliances. Do not connect any electrical appliances (excluding chargers) without first having spoken to us. Noise. We live in a quiet neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors. Water. The tap water is of a very high grade and is perfect for drinking.
