Single-roof vacation home at the edge of the forest

Forget the stresses of everyday life and take a break in our cozy vacation home, “Auszeit am Waldrand,” in the beautiful Sauerland Nature Park. Situated on a property of over 400 square meters (4,300 square feet), this detached vacation home can accommodate up to 3 people and offers a living area of 50 square meters (538 square feet), as well as a large balcony with panoramic views over the Hundemtal valley. This roof-only vacation home, located in a tranquil vacation village, is a pet-free, non-smoking property. The space The cozily furnished living room invites you to linger after a nice day of vacation. Read a book in peace or relax in the evening in front of the flat screen TV. Adjacent to this are the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. The balcony, with beautiful views of the Dog Valley, leads directly to the living-dining room. You can reach the upper hallway via a steep staircase leading to the 2nd floor. Here, you will find a variety of books and games to help you end the evening in peace or in good company. The cottage has two bedrooms. The larger one is furnished with two single beds; the small one is furnished with a single bed. Furthermore, the vacation home is equipped with hiking maps, cookbooks, games, books, a guitar, trekking poles (for 3 people), a garden table and chairs, 2 sun loungers, as well as a gas grill and a swing grill. Guest access The entire house, as well as the property of over 400m², is made available to my guests for their own use. Other things to note - CHECK-IN is done by key box. - TOWELS, DRY TOWELS and BED LINEN must be brought along. - Since Oberhundem is a spa town, I will provide you with a SPA CARD if desired. Per night this costs €1.50 per person from 14 years. -Wifi is available. - Families with children are welcome here. However, you must note that there is a steep staircase that is only secured upstairs.
