A modern recently refurbished and extended house with back garden and on street parking. Spacious double room and use of house bathroom with bath and private sitting room. A nearby bus stop takes 5 minutes to town where there are lovely shops, restaurants, a park called Valley Gardens and the famous Betty’s Tea Rooms. The Yorkshire Dales are easily accessible offering wonderful walks. York and Leeds are within an easy reach via car or train. The space Spacious double room, house bathroom, sitting room with TV, WiFi, use of kitchen for teas or coffees, continental breakfast on request at time of booking. No pets as we have a little dog called Freddie. No smoking or vaping permitted. During your stay My husband is retired and I work part time. We will be in and around during your stay and should you need picking up or taking to the train station we’re happy to accommodate.
