Brand new ground floor duplex apartment available on a short term let minimum stay 2 nights maximum 90 days. we are located in leeds city centre within a ten minute walk of Leeds first direct arena. The space Apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and there is a sofa bed downstairs that can be used as an additional small double bed. There is no washing machine included in the flat but there is a an onsite launderette available 24 hours a day and we provide 24 hour onsite security.
