It offers 2 large air-conditioned double bedrooms, a living room with a double sofa bed, a full kitchen, a full bathroom and a service bathroom. The garden is for the exclusive use of guests. You will find everything you need, from dishes to cooking utensils, to meet all your culinary needs. Feel free to experiment with new recipes or enjoy traditional dishes from the area. You will have at your disposal two bathrooms, one of which is complete with a shower and one is a service bathroom. But the highlight of this house is undoubtedly the wonderful veranda with sea view. Here you can enjoy spectacular views, admiring the waves crashing on the shore and letting the sea breeze caress your face. The veranda is the perfect place to relax, sip a cool drink, or enjoy outdoor meals while soaking in the beauty of the surrounding nature. You will also enjoy a garden for your exclusive use, where you can stroll and relax in the midst of nature. This house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, offering space and privacy for the whole family or a group of friends looking for a unique experience. There is no parking on site, you can park for free or pay for parking about 10 minutes walk away. IMPORTANT: The house is located on a private and secluded street, accessible only by a flight of steps. Services included: - Initial and final cleaning with sanitation - Linens (cotton sheets and towels, bath mat).
