Photos are from March 2023 140 m² apartment located in the 6th arrondissement of Lyon, on the Quai de Serbie with 2 spacious bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bathroom: 1 with bathtub and 1 with walk-in shower. Fully-equipped kitchen, laundry area, 2 offices. Bright, very quiet 40 m² living room, views of Fourvière and the Rhône, toilet with separate hand washbasin. 2-minute walk to Foch metro station. 5-minute walk to the peninsula. Morand parking 100 m away The space This 3rd floor apartment with elevator consists of 2 master suites with large adjoining dressing rooms each and bathrooms all made of marble stones! A bathtub for one and a superb walk-in shower with a rest bench for the other! So it can accommodate family, friends, couples or co-workers! A large friendly living room of 40m2 and a fully equipped kitchen as well as an adjoining lingerie area (free washer and dryer and at your disposal ) There is a toilet with an independent handwasher at the entrance to ensure everyone's privacy. The 2 bedrooms are equipped with beds of 160x200 cm for your comfort. One overlooks an interior courtyard not overlooked and therefore very quiet, the other on the dock of Serbia with views of the Rhone and the beautiful Basilica of Fourvière. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment since we leave the entire accommodation at your disposal, but especially to all the cupboards that are entirely dedicated to you except 2 that will be locked and that contain some of our personal belongings. If these doors are broken or open at check-out, we will not hesitate to recover the entire security deposit. Thank you for understanding. Other things to note Helpful information: ATTENTION regarding bathrooms/bathrooms: in the shower, which has no glass wall on each side, be careful not to flood everything, it's beautiful but it requires a little vigilance. If wet, the marble-stone floor can be extremely slippery; please always place a bath mat, which we provide, at the exit of the shower/tub. Also to know: the handling of the interior shutters of the apartment requires special attention given the period materials of the accommodation, be vigilant in terms of the closing notches. The water is drinkable in France, so you can drink without any problem at the tap, the apartment is equipped with a water softener for your comfort. So I won't leave a water bottle there. The apartment has a separate toilet (i.e., outside the bathrooms). The accommodation does not have air conditioning because it is an old building and classified so it is impossible to install air conditioning on the facades we are not authorized. Tip: Remember to close the shutters during the day when you are not in the apartment; this will prevent it from getting too hot. You have at your disposal one shower towel per person for the duration of the stay. We do not have any extension cords on site, please bring one with you if needed. You have the washing machine available if you want clean towels during the stay. The beds will be made upon your arrival.
