Great location, 100 meters from the beaches and main services such as restaurants, bars, pharmacy, supermarket, shops. Quiet area, served and well connected. Near the house is the bus stop that takes you in 10 minutes to the Historic Center of Sirmione, in 15 minutes to Peschiera and Gardaland, in 30 minutes to Verona. Ideal for a peaceful and relaxing stay in Sirmione. The space The apartment is spacious and welcoming, great for families but also for romantic getaways. It's a bright and comfortable three-room apartment, with everything you might need. It consists of a functional and spacious kitchen, living room with TV and sofa (which can become a sofa bed), two bedrooms and a bathroom. The entrance is independent with a nice outdoor area where you can relax and enjoy the fresh lake air. My family and I live next door and are at your complete disposal for any information. For younger guests, we have a folding bed with sheets and a pillow and a baby seat, as well as bottle warmers, bibs, and dedicated dishes. Guest access We have a small area with sun loungers where you can comfortably sunbathe, in case you don't feel like walking the three minutes to the lake and the beautiful, well-equipped Lugana beach... Behind the house, there is another small space where you can place deck chairs to relax in the afternoon or laze in the cool of the evening.
