Ideally located to enjoy the soul of Croyde village, with the convenience of walking access to both the beach and full village facilities. The village offers something for everyone, if its a romantic getaway, a stay with friends or a family Holiday Croyde accommodates all. Croyde offers six pubs/ restaurants and a lovely tea room to choose from. The space This property is in the most central position of the popular village of Croyde, Cryyda View has just been renovated to become a spacious, beautiful modern retreat for every guest. The property is made up of three bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom (with bath and shower), living room and light airy dining area. The bedrooms are; one twin room, one kingsize double and finally a double room with optional sofa bed to accommodate eight guests. Guest access Unfortunately we are unable to provide parking on-site. I have arranged a 10 minute loading/ unloading time at the front of the property for both arrival and departure, however other than that the closest parking is either in the public car park to the rear of the property or on-street parking on the road opposite (this is likely to be busy). If you provide me with the registration and fuel type of your vehicle permits can be arranged for a small additional cost. Other things to note Regrettably we are unable to provide later check-outs during peak season. Off-peak season later check-outs may be available for a small fee. We have a strict no-pets policy on site. Any guests found to have pets in the premises will be asked to leave immediately. Please note due to fire and safety reasons we are only able to accept a maximum of 8 guests at any time. Bookings for more than 8 guests will be declined, and any additional guests found to be staying will be asked to leave. We operate a same day response between the hours of 8 am and 6pm.
