A special shepherds hut, in a secluded half acre of field. In walking distance of 2 traditional village pubs who both serve food and across the road, the glorious somerset levels fantastic flat cycling and walks.Mostly 5 star feedback.Minimum of two nights . TOWELS NOT PROVIDED The space Secluded, and in its own field, the Shepherds hut has a full size double bed which sleeps two and is heated by a small wood-burner, making it a cosy, comfortable and romantic place to stay. There is a toilet and shower room adjacent to the hut. On sultry summer evenings there is also a barbecue available so you can sit and enjoy the beauty of your idyllic surroundings and in the evening listen out for the song of the nightingale or the hoot of the owl, which are in abundance in the surrounding majestic trees.There are two pubs which both serve food in 10 mins walking distance of the shepherds hut Our location is very rural, on the edge of the Somerset levels. There are great walks, and lots of lovely scenery. We are ideally located to explore other areas of Somerset easily, with Cheddar, Glastonbury,Wells and Bath close by. The beach at Burnham-on-Sea is only 10 minutes away. Cream teas and breakfast can also be provided.Please enquire when booking.
