During the Christmas and New Year holidays, the minimum rent is four nights. During the summer season, the minimum rent is a full week from Saturday to Saturday. Guest access Guests rent the entire house. Sheets and towels are included for stays longer than 4 nights. Other things to note During the summer season (July 1 to September 15) the minimum rent is for whole weeks from Saturday to Saturday.
