The apartment lies around the corner from the Railway Reserve, connecting you to Nelson city in one direction, and the coastal cyclepaths of Tasman and the Bays in the other. The building is over 100 years old and is close to the beaches and vineyards of Nelson and the Great Taste Trail. The accommodation is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). The space This self-contained, studio apartment lies in central Stoke, in a century-old building, on the same property as one of the original homesteads in the area. There is off street parking and you have private access to the apartment. The bathroom is downstairs whilst upstairs you will find the open-plan apartment with plenty of light and charming details. There is no stove but there is a fridge, microwave, electric frypan and other essentials for basic cooking. There are supermarkets a short walk away. If using both beds, dividers are available to create a room within the room. Books and DVD player are available. Guest access We live on the property in the front house, whilst the apartment is in the rear house, with private access, up some stairs. We are a family of four with a small friendly dog. We are often around and the children play in the front yard. The apartment has no outside space of its own, but there is a bike and helmet available to borrow if you would like.
