La Grande Maison with heated pool

Large 3 + 1 very small bedroom apartmant 120 msq with a very large terace. Pool closes end september/ beggoning of october 2025 varying from weather conditions. Other things to note Pool is opening april and closing 15 september/ october 2026. Working hours of the pool: pool is closed 10 p.m.- 8 a.m. Shared pool. Security deposit is 300 eur in cash given back upon check out. Tourist tax is 3 eur per person per day given in cash. Guests will be asked to show their credentials because of Ministry of tourism, Republic of Croatia.
