Just 1 km from the Attigliano A1 exit and close to the train station, it is a convenient base for exploring Umbria and Tuscia or stopping during a trip through Italy. Fast Starlink Wi-Fi, also ideal for remote work. The space Hi, in the Umbrian countryside, surrounded by the green of olive groves, vineyards, and fruit trees, we offer hospitality in our home. The apartment includes a double bedroom with air conditioning, an eat-in kitchen with a pellet stove for the winter, a bathroom, and a living/sleeping room with a sofa bed. In the kitchen there is also a fold-away bed for a possible fifth guest. The house has fast Wi-Fi via Starlink (200 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload). Outside you will have a pergola and a patio with a barbecue and a view over the valley. Near Giove there are many tourist attractions: the Monster Park of Bomarzo, Amelia, Orvieto, Lake Bolsena, etc. It is also a great base for day trips to Perugia, Tuscania, Tarquinia, and many other places. The nearest train station is Attigliano, 2.3 km away. If you are arriving by car from the A1 motorway, take the Attigliano exit; the house is 1 km from the toll booth. We can offer pickup from the train station for guests arriving on foot. Guest access You can use the 2-hectare garden surrounding the house. There is a large field with 100 olive trees and fruit trees. If you’d like to try making pizza or bread, there is an outdoor oven. There is also a private outdoor patio just for you, with a wide view, table, chairs, sun loungers, and a barbecue. Other things to note For families with children aged 0–4, a baby cot is available to add in the bedroom.
