Amazing Location - Your next beachfront escape

A very spacious 2 bedroom apartment with over 1,200 sq.ft of space to relax and enjoy your Dubai vacation. The apartment provides two large king size rooms, each with their own bathrooms. Providing spectacular views across Dubai Marina and the Jumeriah Beach coastline. Located opposite JBR Beach providing an excellent free beach with world class restaurants, shops and amenities to suit all budgets. Everything is at your door step including supermarket, pharmacy, gymnasium and swimming pool. The space I purchased this apartment for 3 main reasons: 1. The view, an amazing corner apartment providing unique views across both Dubai Marina and the Sea (right opposite Jumeriah Beach). 2. Location. It can't get much better than this, right across from the Beach and surrounded by numerous cafes, bars, shops and tourist activities. There is a reason some of the apartment neighbors some of the best 5 star hotels in Dubai (Sofitel, Sheraton, Hilton, Rotana and Rixos are all within walking distance). 3. The amenities. Excellent gymnasium, pool and retail amenities within the development including supermarkets, pharmacy, laundry and spacious outdoor areas. In the days the apartment is not booked, I take the opportunity to relax here from after a busy week working in Dubai. I love this place and I am sure you will too. Guest access You will be able to use all areas of the apartment, including a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave and other small appliances. The apartment building also has a large shared swimming pool and gymnasium along with outdoor areas on the Plaza level. Other things to note *Important* Please be advise, as a recent requirement all Holiday Homes and Properties listed on Airbnb must be licensed by Dubai Tourism. There are two main requirements outlined below that must be complied with: 1. In addition to the nightly fee, there is a Tourism Fee of AED 10 per room per night, so if you are using 2 bedrooms you will be required to pay AED 20 per night. This will be charged at check-in and I will pay the fee to Dubai Tourism via their online portal. 2.
