The floors have been redone so many times that they never truly look clean, but they are! *When the heat is on, the front bedroom gets warm quickly (recommend using a fan to cool off) and the back room (Master) takes more time to get warm. We have hot/cold fans to help balance the temperatures in both rooms as well the ability to open the windows. This is a completely newly updated home, with newly furniture and artwork and we want to host guests that can take care of it and keep it in excellent condition until the owners return.
