Across the street is a supermarket , 2 great cafes, a surf and bottle shop.Main shops of Avalon is a flat 10 min walk. Avalon Beach is paradise , the pool at this house is beautiful with 4 chairs to lay on. This is a great holiday escape away from crowds. Avalon Beach is paradise , the pool at this house is beautiful . There's 3 bedrooms, one has a king bed, the other has a queen and the 3rd has 1 or 2 single beds depending on your configuration needs. Guest access Pool , board games, linen, towels , you’ll be given shampoo , conditioner, toilet paper, washing detergent for washing machine and dishwasher. It will be like a hotel here. New Blumenthal BBQ poolside is great for an Aussie BBQ with a small fire pit area next to it. Other things to note I will leave detailed instructions on all house goods such as washer, dryer , tv Foxtel remote etc. please be thoughtful of our lovely neighbours as they are elderly .
