One bedroom, a front room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a well appointed shower room adjacent, and a veranda with a countryside view, a place to relax and enjoy. Bedding and towels are provided. The space A unique wood-fest of a cabin in central Cornwall built mostly of locally sourced and up-cycled materials. 1 bedroom with double bed and travel cot, a front room with sofa bed, chairs and table, tv and fire; kitchenette with fridge and cooker/hob, a well appointed outside bathroom adjacent to cabin with shower, washbasin and waterless toilet, and a veranda with a countryside view with table and chairs; a place to relax and enjoy. The 'Shack' was built 15 years ago by your hosts Francis (boat builder) and Anne (Jack of all trades); to accommodate family and friends and has been upgraded to The 'Cabin' now offering self contained accommodation for guests. Nestled in the garden of your hosts home with picturesque views down the valley over fields and woodland the Cabin offers peace and tranquility. The Cabin has a large separate bedroom with double bed, airy living area with kitchenette, wrap around decking to catch the morning and evening sun, and adjacent 'privy' with shower and very posh compost loo. Guests have the use of their own secluded area of the garden with garden table and chairs. Francis and Anne are always happy to oblige with local information and any help required. The hamlet of Tregorrick is ideally situated just to the south of St.Austell. It is an ideal location from which to explore. We are next to the National cycle trail leading down to the sea at Pentewan, we are 10 mins drive from the renowned Lost Gardens of Heligan and 15 mins from the Eden Biomes. Tranquil beaches close by or the surf set on the N Coast 30 mins away, there's a beach to everyone's taste, and we are here to help you to find it! The famous Georgian harbour of Charlestown is just over the hill which has numerous places to eat and drink. St. Austell train station 1.5 miles Local bus stop and cycle trail at bottom of lane. Newquay (NQY) for nearest airport Parking space adjacent to property. Free Wi-Fi available 2 nights minimum booking. price of £80 per night is for 2 people Sofa bed for extra guests. (£25 per head/ night) Guest access Public transport is very limited so unfortunately a car is needed to really explore Cornwall . Local taxis are good. Guest parking is available just outside the cabin. Other things to note Parking space adjacent to property. Free Wi-Fi available 2 nights minimum booking. Price is for 2 persons.
