Welcome. Situated in the Surrey Hills village of Shalford, the Barn is located off the A248 and is a stones throw from the Wey & Arun Canal. The Barn has recently been converted and provides comfortable living space and a upstairs bedroom. The Barn has all the modern amenties. Shalford Village includes two pubs, a village shop, Snooty's Cafe, Barbers, Boots, Post Office, Wine shop and a beauty parlous. Shalford is well connected with buses and trains to Guidford and other destinations. The space The lounge/diner has a corner sofa bed. Dining table for four people, 43 inch Smart UHD TV with Netflix, BritBox and catchup players, Google nest mini and high speed broadband. The kitchen is fully stocked including kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, hob, Nespresso machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Upstairs the bedroom has a kingsize bed, storage for clothes, seating area and bedside clock and charging plate. Outside there is an allocated parking space and and a charging point for electric cars.
