Guesthouse in Sea Palling
Description
The cabin has been hand built by a local boat builder out of timber. The compact interior is light and bright with a hand crafted feature window in the bathroom. The cabin is situated at my home within the garden. It is just a 2 minute walk down a footpath to the beautiful sandy blue flagged beach of Sea Palling. The location is the perfect base for walkers, cyclists, seal spotting, fishing and watersports. The Norfolk broads are close enough to cycle to and Norwich is just 30 mins drive. The space The space has been loveingly crafted and furnished. The double bed has a 6 inch memory foam mattress. A kettle, toaster and fridge have been provided along with tea, coffee, milk and biscuits in your welcome pack. Eat out options are listed in the cabin info pack. The bathroom has an electric shower, heated towel rail and mains drainage WC. Outside- guests have a surf shower and area to enjoy the sun. Guest access Guests can share the off road parking spaces. There is a shared access to the rear of the property where the cabin is located. The cabin overlooks the family house and garden which are not accessible to guests. Other things to note Guests please note that the cabin has no cooking facilities. We ask that guests do not use camping stoves/ fire pits or BBQs in or around the cabin. Potential for noise: the cabin is situated in my garden close to the main house. We have chickens. Neighbours have dogs. Noises from these animals maybe heard in and around the cabin.
