Our home is located in a peaceful and friendly neighborhood of Camella Homes Brgy. Tibig, Lipa City which is few minutes away from Robinson's Place, Lipa, Food parks, SM Lipa and Lipa City Market, San Sebastian Cathedral, Our Lady of Carmel & Mary Mediatrix, Restaurants, Fastfoods and coffeeshops. Hospital like Mary Mediatrix and different pharmacies are very accessible too. There is shortcut also to avoid the heavy traffic in national highway going to STAR tollway or San Fernando Airbase. The space The place has 1 master's bedroom with queen size bed and T&B, Single bedroom and 1 room with a bunk and pull out bed + 1 common T&B. Only the master's bed room has AC, stand fans for the remaining rooms and living room. Bedrooms: -Ikea beddings and bath towels. -Bed foam protector and pillow protector. - Cupboard in each room and hangers. -sewing kit -books collection The living area has -sofas - Smart TV and NETFLIX account. -books, magazines and board games that the guests can enjoy. -Planet Cable connection with 35 Channels -Planet Cable unlimited Internet connection with 10 mbps speed. -Medicine Cabinet -Emergency lights The Kitchen has - Refrigerator -Microwave -Electric Kettle -Coffee maker -Bread Toaster -Rice Cooker -Stove -Cookware and Dinnerware -Water dispenser We also provide: -Iron and ironing board -Water pressure and tank for continuous supply of water. -Automatic front load washing machine -Outdoor Grill -Electric Stove for outdoor Shabu Shabu Guest access There are few stores few steps away from the main entrance, where the guest can do their grocery. The guest can access the kitchen and use the dining area, we provided basic cooking utensils and gas stove. they can do home cooking if they wish to, as long as they will keep the stuff and area clean after each use. There is a laundry area at the back of the house but no washing machine available at the moment, but there is a laundry shop near the village. The guest can enjoy and do their daily jogging or brisk walking in the village and can access the clubhouse swimming pool with a day pass of min. Php 100.00 We also allow pets in the house as long as the guest will keep the house clean and keep no foul odor, and make sure that they will not damage anything in the property. Guests will be held responsible to replace or pay any broken or damaged items in the property. Other things to note - For security purposes, we require copy of valid ID of our guests which will be attached to the letter to be submitted to the Village security. - Smoking is not allowed inside the house, if smoking outside, make sure to throw the butt in the designated trash bin. -separate the garbage for bio and non-biodegradable (bin provided outside the house) - Partying is not allowed - No unlisted guests allowed.
