It is the perfect location to explore the city. The space Our apartment is very spacious. One bedroom is on the ground floor and has a desk to work from. You can reach the second one through some steps down from the lounge area. This second bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a large table great for dining in. The lounge area has a large sofa for relaxing after a day out exploring. Guest access As guests you will have the whole place to yourselves. Other things to note Due to the stairs connecting the lounge area and the second bedroom, the space is not suited for small children. Berlin has a tax for touristic stays called "city tax". As this apartment is an officially registered short term rental, we are required to pay this tax and will charge you the amount equivalent to 7,5% of the booking fee.
