Altitude 1400 - Room with a View

Cosy studio in quiet leafy location. Brew a coffee decide what to do with the day. Summer-hike the top of Australia, stroll along the river, mountain bike take it easy or make it hard. Explore the village a leisurely long lunch. Winter-ski, snowboard, snowshoe enjoy the village vibe. Evenings wander to the village a drink a meal strolling home under a sky of a million stars. Please read ALL information below before enquiring. The space No parking at the property but dropping luggage out the front is not a problem. Overnight parking is available about a 7 minute walk away at the bottom of the valley/hill. Lock up your car for the weekend and take a break from driving. Altitude 1400 is on the third floor with external stairs for access, breathe deep and appreciate that mountain air. Once there just sit back relax and enjoy the view. Please note the apartment is for two guests only with a queen bed and a sofa bed. A smart tv, access to some apps. including Netflix now require your own account. There is a 'Juliette' Balcony which gives an open and airy feel to the space. Bathroom is equipped with heat lamps and heated towel rail. A washer and dryer if you really need to do those domestic chores. If you feel like a night in there is a full kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal after a day hiking, biking, skiing or boarding in the mountains. All linen is supplied for the beds, towels, face washers and pool towels (if you feel like a few laps at the leisure centre). There is shampoo, bodywash and a hair dryer supplied in the bathroom to help you cut down on your luggage. In the kitchen there is salt, pepper and olive oil to get your started. If you would like a few basic supplies delivered for your stay message me and I can arrange this for you. **SUMMER** There is no room for bikes to be stored in the apartment or building. You would need to lock them in your vehicle. **WINTER ONLY** A ski bus stop is located directly opposite the building, so easy access to the ski slopes. The bus will drop you at Friday Flat so you can be on the Gun Barrell Express and up the mountain without too much fuss. Jump off the lift and cross the road and the bus will bring you back home. Other things to note If you wish your booking request to be accepted, when sending request please advise me of guests included in the booking. My apartment is for maximum 2 guests. Please be aware of my cancellation policy. In case you need to cancel please inform me as soon as you know you will be unable to make your booking so I have the possibility of rebooking the dates.
