Shared with the guests of "Bellagio Village Residence": barbecue, playground, parking, garage with an electric column, panoramic sauna The space The Villa is located nearby the lake, it can accomodate up to 12 people and it's on 2 levels, including: - open space with a brand new and ample kitchen with large wooden table fridge, freezer, wine cellar, induction hob, microwave oven, oven, toaster, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and other kitchen equipment; - living room with a romantic fireplace, a large and comfortable sofa, smart TV with SKY decoder and service of Virtual Concierge; - steam room inside the villa where you can listen your favorite music thanks to a bluetooth connection; - sauna with emotional shower; - relax area with all the necessary to enjoy a cup of tea; - heated private pool with whirlpool and massagging waterfall (available all the year); - big terraces with outdoor furniture as sofas, table, chairs and other equipment; - 4 bedrooms with lake view, each of them has a private bathroom, smart TV and a direct access to the garden: •1 suite with two double beds •1 junior suite with two double beds •2 bedrooms with double bed; -1 extra bathroom with washing machine As Villa's guest, you will have the free access to the common areas of the "Bellagio Village Residence": olive grove with barbecue and playground area, garage, big outdoor parking area, panoramic sauna with lake view. An indoor parking space with an electric column is available with an extra charge. Cots and high-chairs for babies are available on request (up to 2 years old). You will have the following services included: WiFi, satellite TV, indipendent air conditioning or heating system, safe, blackout curtains. Services available with extra charge (to be requested prior arrival): bed linen and bathroom towels change, extra or daily cleaning. Other things to note - Children under 6 years old stay for free (for a max of 2); - City tax is not included in the price, the amount is 2,00€ per person and per night and will be paid by cash at check out; - If you want to welcome family or friends, we kindly ask you to inform us as all the visits have to be allowed by the Direction.
