Renovated Studio at The Owl House Hout Bay nestled deep in the valley with Table Mountain as a backdrop. Wake up to singing birds and a coffee in the morning on your private veranda with smell of rosemary. Later, sip on a drink in the garden looking over the bay and the ocean whilst the barbeque is going. Close enough to restaurants & only a 30 minute drive into Cape Town and the Waterfront or a great place to base yourself to explore the Peninsula via Chapmans Peak, Cape Point & Simons Town. The space The Studio is set on a larger piece of ground with a main house and another guest unit called Owl Cottage. The Studio is part of the main house but can not be accessed from the main house - only from the large slider door. There is a garden in the back that is dedicated to guests that have a beautiful view of the bay and the ocean. It is a very safe area and access is through 2 gates. Guest access There is a garden in the back with views over the bay and the ocean where one can relax and watch the sun go down. The pool is at the main house and access is between 9-5. Safe parking inside the property with easy turning for the car. Other things to note Baby cot available for infants under 2 years old (1 available per unit). Please Note: For safety reasons related to our property’s design, including furniture and pools, we are unable to accommodate children over the age of 2. We appreciate your understanding.
