Great quiet location, 2 mins from M4

I'm offering a large bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and drawers with access to a bathroom with shower over bath or ground floor shower room. Some nights, I won't be here, as staying with daughter. This can be arranged on request. The space Large and airy with lots of space. Friendly host, that works and visits family. Guest access There is a separate living room for guests to use. Host would like to use the kitchen diner to relax in the evenings. Access to the kitchen when needed. Unless I am staying away.
