We have always lived in Paris and love our city. We also love to travel and share good times with friends and we will do our very best to guide you around the city and give you the best throughout your stay. The space We provide a cosy newly re-done, calm, bright and functional studio located in Haut Marais / Oberkampf at the 6th floor - NO ELEVATOR but it s a good way to burn carbs- of an Haussmanian building, with its PRIVATE ENTRANCE, south orientation, and we live at the 5th floor. The studio is a 18 square meters with a sitting area which becomes a bedroom at night, fully equipped kitchen ( induction, extractor hood, oven, microwave, laundry machine and everything needed for cooking and eating, including boiler and Nespresso coffee maker) Two can sleep on the luxurious memory foam queen size bed ( 160 X 190) positioned to watch the flat-screen TV with Netflix. There s a storage space for your luggage, a space to hang your clothing and a desk. It s also equipped WITH AIR CONDITIONING and a ceiling fan so it s always a pleasant sleep in summer. High speed fiber Wifi is accessible The bathroom consists of a shower and a sink and a towels dryer, the toilets in the studio are separated from the bathroom. Down to the building you will find the metro station Oberkampf ( lines 5 and 9), bus lines ( lines 96 , 56 ) and la rue Oberkampf handful of cafe and shop, plenty of restaurants.
