''What an incredible location, in the heart of everything in Barcelona, totally accessible, and gorgeous. I think I left a piece of my heart on that balcony. We were a large group, and everyone had enough space to be themselves & to enjoy each others company. The new AC is wonderful for the warmer months. Wonderful check in, full of excellent suggestions for how to enjoy the city. Absolutely would book again'' - Sept 2022 The space You will stay in this spacious & renovated home with balcony in stunning modernist Eixample. Comfortably sleeping 6 people with high speed Wifi, excellent Air Conditioning, all mod cons and quality bedding, you really couldn't be in a better location to enjoy the best of Barcelona. From the modernist Eixample architecture to the greenery of Montjuic, surrounded by quality cafes, restaurants & bars, ideally situated so that you can discover the city on foot. Spread over 114 m² & decorated with artworks & photography from Barcelona, its a comfortable place to relax with friends, family or colleagues after a long day. On the third floor with lift, the apartment is just one of two per floor as it spans the entire length of the building, From the street to the interior patio or Patio de manzanas (Patio of Apples in Spanish!) There is reliable high speed WiFi throughout (300Mb) the apartment as well as AC and we provide you with fresh fluffy towels, Bed linen, hairdryers & shower gels.There is also a washing machine for your convenience. From the landing, you enter to medium sized entrance hall, with coat racks and a full length mirror. The lounge area with balcony faces towards the Tibidabo Mountains and is fully equipped to relax and entertain at home. Again with AC, you'll find a large Flat screen SMART TV with Netflix & Internet access, plenty of books & guides for your enjoyment. There is also a double sofa bed should your need extra sleeping space. There is a door to the balcony from this room and blackout shutters, for a good nights sleep. The dining table sits 8 people and is a great space for your group to dine together, there is a super bakery & Supermarket nearby, if you wish to eat breakfast at home. Bedroom One ( Sleeps 2) At the back of the apartment, the large light double bedroom with Air Conditioning over looks the interior patio, so is very cosy, quiet and tranquil. There is bedside lighting , blackout curtains, hanging space, a full length mirror and storage for your use. The bed is 160 x 200cm and special attention has been paid to the quality of the bedding and pillows so that you can feel relaxed & enjoy a good nights rest. Bedroom Two( Sleeps 2) A large twin room, again with AC has 2 quality beds of 90 x 200cm Bright White bed linen, bedside lighting, blackout shutters, hanging space and storage, the room is modern, simple and fresh. Bedroom Three (Sleeps 1) A quality single bed 90 x 200cm hanging space, Blackout shutters & storage. No AC, but cooled by the hall AC. Bedroom Four (Sleeps 1) This individual bedroom has been recnetly updated witha single bed, bedside table and black out shutters, No AC but is cooled perfectly by the hallway AC. Bathroom 1 A modern family bathroom, with large hand basin, vanity cabinet, WC, Bath/ Shower & Bidet. Fresh White towels, Shower gel & a hairdryer are supplied so that you can pack light. Bathroom 2 WC, hand basin & mirrored vanity cabinet, hairdryer, fresh towels. Kitchen The kitchen has all the amenities you will need to cook at home, a microwave, hob, cooker, Coffee machine, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, juicer, sandwich maker. All glass wear and crockery is matching so you can entertain at home with style. The washing machine is situated in the utility space towards the back of the apartment, with hanging & drying facilities. We can also provide baby items such as a crib, stroller, baby bath etc for a small charge if you are travelling with little ones, just ask us upon booking. It's a very comfortable space for a large family or group of friends wanting to enjoy Barcelona in one of the best areas to access all the best things Barcelona has to offer. If you have any questions, just drop us message ..... Guest access You have access & use of the entire apartment, we simply as that you treat and respect it as if it were your own home. Other things to note Our apartment is located in a beautiful building with friendly neighbours therefore, we ask that you respect them by keeping the noise to a minimum between the quiet hours of 10pm - 9am. Please treat our home as if it were your own. Anyone failing to adhere to this request will be removed immediately from the apartment with no refund. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING in our apartment. If you wish to smoke we ask that you use the balcony, and extinguish cigarettes responsibly, please use the ashtray provided and do not throw butts to the street. If we find the smell of smoke, burns or otherwise you will be charged for a deep clean of the apartment (500€) and the replacement of damaged items. Absolutely NO parties or loud music - If the police are called due to a disturbance or neighbours disturbed you will be removed immediately from the property. Do not leave the key in the lock when leaving the apartment, you will be unable to regain entry and we will need to call a locksmith at your expense. Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted to enter the apartment, If it is found that extra people are staying without prior permission, your reservation will be cancelled, the security deposit will not be refunded and you will be removed immediately from the apartment. Please do not remove or take to the beach, the white towels from the apartment, you can ask us for rental beach towels. Please dispose of rubbish daily in the large grey containers across the street from the apartment. Lost / Stolen / Unreturned keys will ba charged at 250 EUR. For stays over 28 Days we ask for 220 EUR towards utility bills.
