Our unique & super stylish house is sociable, homely and full of charming features & eclectic furniture. The kitchen/diner leads out onto the sunny terrace with great views of the area. It has 2 double bed bedrooms and there's a sofa bed in the living room. The house is in a peaceful residential area of Brighton with free on-street parking & quick access into the city centre, perfect for a weekend getaway. The vicinity of Preston Park, makes for an ideal base during the Brighton Pride Festival🌈 The space A beautiful, individually designed family home with an eclectic mix of furniture, thoughtfully arranged and well equipped for your stay. During the recent months, I have redecorated and updated some areas of the house and garden for an even more comfortable and pleasant stay. The changes are not yet reflected in the professional photographs, but I will make sure to do so as soon as possible. There is a good lounge with a comfy sofa, TV, WiFi and plenty of books to keep you occupied. The sofa converts to a double sofa bed, with bedding and bed linen storage within. The large kitchen is open plan, with a social and dining areas and opens out onto a lovely sun terrace and the garden, overlooking the local area, with plenty of room for dining al fresco during the summer months. The kitchen itself is fully equipped with everything you might need and has a dining table for 6 people. Please help yourself to tea or coffee throughout your stay! Up the stairs is a gorgeous double bedroom offering some storage and hanging space for personal belongings. The second bedroom also has a double bed, a clothes hanging rail, a desk and some storage space. Perfect for older kids, a couple or close friends to share. The bedrooms are uniquely decorated and all beds are made up of fresh white linen, with plenty of towels supplied for everyone. On the same floor, the bathroom has a lovely bath and an overhead shower. The bathroom is always kept well stocked with toiletries such as soap and shampoo. Fresh linen and towels are provided for all guests. On-street parking is available for guests and it's free - a rarity for Brighton! Guest access You will have the whole place to yourselves during your stay. There are steps to the house, in the house and in the tiered garden. The house is not suitable to children under 12 and please message before booking so I can accommodate. The Covid-19 safe, self check-in procedure will be shared with you once the booking is confirmed. Other things to note The house is in a residential area. Please make sure there is no noise or loud music after 10pm, either in the house or outside. The items displayed in the house are decorative only, many are antique, rare or unique object d'art and are not to be played or tampered with. Any damage caused will incur full reimbursement charge. Please respect the space and make sure to report any accidental damage. Return all furniture and items used to their original place and leave the house the way you have found it. If you are using the garden, please make sure to tidy the space up after use, close and tidy away the parasol, cusshions, etc. and place the items used to where you have found them. Please be mindful not to create noise in the garden past permited hours or in the night and shut the bi-folds. Thank you.
