Perfect house to enjoy the countryside and the sea ( 6 km from Yport, 12 from Fécamp, 17 from Etretat) This restored old Norman farmhouse is located on a one-hectare enclosed plot and is ideal for a quiet stay for families or groups of friends. On site: billiards, foosball table, ping pong... Some bikes at your disposal, beautiful fireplace, outdoor spaces... Around, beaches, cliffs, port of Fécamp, hikes, museums, tree climbing... The space You have the whole house to yourself: on the ground floor: - living/dining room with fireplace - a very well equipped kitchen overlooking the terrace with garden table and plancha - a pool room with desk - bathroom with separate toilet - 2 interconnecting bedrooms with double beds. - a small laundry room with a washing machine. On the mezzanine: - a play room and office for children with access to a shower room and toilet. Sofa clic clac in 120 wide for an additional bed as needed. Possibility of folding bed, high chair, stroller, bb bath, maxi cosi... (ask us at the time of booking). On the first (old converted attic): - one bedroom with double bed - one bedroom with bunk beds - a shower room with toilet In the barn: - a large 1st floor room with ping pong and foosball Miscellaneous: - in the old chicken coops, wood for the fireplace, garbage room Important: - heating and wood for the fireplace included. - size of beds: 3 beds 140 wide, 2 single beds 90 wide. The click-clack of the game room is in 120! Please note that for stays of 1 or 2 days, we charge for linens ( sheets, towels, dish towels ) 15 euros per stay per person. Guest access The entire property is accessible except the attic Other things to note This house is very nice and quiet, but so you're not surprised, be aware that the Le Havre/Fécamp regional line passes by the house. You can barely hear it... Our tenants all told us it wasn't a problem.
