Perfect house to enjoy the countryside and the sea (6 km from Yport, 12 from Fécamp, 17 from Etretat) This restored old Norman farmhouse is located on a one-hectare enclosed plot and is ideal for a quiet stay for families or groups of friends. On site: billiards, foosball, ping pong... Some bicycles at your disposal, beautiful fireplace, outdoor spaces... Nearby, beaches, cliffs, Port of Fécamp, hiking, museums, tree climbing... The space You have the whole house to yourself: on the ground floor: - Lounge/Dining area with fireplace - a very well-equipped kitchen overlooking terrace with garden table and plancha - pool room with office - bathroom with separate toilet - 2 interconnecting bedrooms with double beds. - a small laundry room with washing machine. On the mezzanine: - a play room and office for children with access to a shower room and toilet. 120 wide sofa bed for an additional bed if necessary. Possibility of folding bed, high chair, stroller, bathtub, max cosi... (ask us at the time of booking). Guest access The entire property is accessible except the attic Other things to note This house is very nice and quiet, but so you're not surprised, please be aware that the Le Havre/Fécamp regional train line runs alongside the house. You can barely hear it... All our tenants told us it wasn’t a problem. Also, for stays of 1 or 2 nights, we offer a 10% discount on the daily rate if you bring your own linens!
