There is a 24-hour window of vacancy before and after all bookings. COVID-19 PROTOCOL Hand sanitizer and masks are available in the lime green box on the washing machine. Please take your shoes off and leave them to the side of the bedroom door. Guest access Spaces open to guests are the kitchen, their bedroom, their private bathroom, all outdoor areas, and living room. The master bedroom, office, and master bathroom are private. During your stay I provide a house manual with all necessary information in the guest bedroom (i.e. WIFI security codes, location of extra bedding and towels, emergency phone # for any maintenance issues, etc.). I will usually be able to personally assist, however, in the case that I am not, I am always available by phone or text. Other things to note Because it is a rural area, it can be very dark. Look for the "RED" mailbox and you will be in the right place! Just pull straight into the driveway and enter thru the back. Your bedroom is to your right and bathroom straight ahead of you.
