The apartment has two separate rooms and a hallway with a cozy, pull-out sofa bed for 2 people (can be separated with a curtain). The new apartment is located in a particularly beautiful and modern addition in the center of Linz. It is very spacious and has a loggia overlooking the city. It stretches over 2 floors, large glazing floods the apartment with lots of light. The space On request we can offer a parking space with us for 18/24 hours! Other things to note !!!Important!!! Depending on how many people book, bathrooms and rooms will be unlocked. There are two bedrooms and an open gallery equipped with a pull-out sofa bed. The gallery can be separated with a curtain! Please note the TOURIST TAX. This must be deposited in the apartment! Guests 16 years and older 2.40 euros/person/night Attention allergy sufferers: Mio and Luzi are our two house cats, who also like to scurry into the apartment on occasion!
