The apartment has two separate rooms and a hallway with a cozy, pull-out sofa bed for 2 people (can be separated with a curtain). The new apartment is located in a particularly beautiful and modern addition in the center of Linz. It is very spacious and has a loggia overlooking the city. It stretches over 2 floors, large glazing floods the apartment with lots of light. The space On request we can offer a parking space with us for 18/24 hours! Other things to note !!!Important!!! Bathrooms and bedrooms will be made available depending on how many people book. There are two bedrooms and an open loft area equipped with a pull-out sofa bed. The mezzanine can be separated with a curtain! Please note the TOURIST TAX, which must be paid in the apartment! Guests aged 16 and older: €2.60/person/night
