This delightful apartment is situated in the heart of Seville on ‘Calle Otumba’, only 1 minute away from the Plaza Nueva where the impressive Town Hall can be found. The location could not be better, being easy walking distance from all the must-sees of the city: less than 500m from the Cathedral, La Giralda and the Alcazar. Recommended bars and restaurants are in abundance and the tourist office is only a few minutes’ walk from the apartment. The flat has been completely refurbished after its renovation in March 2017. The design encompasses the typical ‘Sevillian’ style with a contemporary twist, bringing together a perfect combination of comfort and tradition. It is located on a very quiet and safe pedestrian street. As a final complement, there is a public car park less than 1 minute walk away providing easy access to the apartment if arriving by car. The apartment comprises of a cosy bedroom with a large, comfortable double bed, an ensuite bathroom, an open-plan living/dining room with a double sofa bed and a dining table, plus a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, various small appliances: "Dolce Gusto" coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and all crockery and tableware you may need. The apartment has high quality air conditioning for the summer months and heating for the winter, a Smart-TV and high-speed Wi-Fi internet connection. Washing machine, cleaning products, iron and ironing board are also all at your disposal. Sets of towels, sheets, blankets, a hair dryer and extra amenities, such as shower gel and shampoo, are provided for all guests. If you are planning a longer stay, you can also arrange room service for €30 - including cleaning and a change of linen. Either myself or one of the Check-In staff will welcome you upon your arrival and, will be here to help throughout your trip to recommend the best places to eat and drink etc. We would be delighted to welcome you to our beautiful and charming apartment – hope to see you soon! Guest access You have full access to the apartment for you to enjoy and if you come with a baby we can provide you with a cot, high chair and a baby bath at no extra cost if you wish, to make your stay more comfortable. Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. on the first day you have booked. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. on the last day you have booked. IMPORTANT: Check-in after 9:00 p.m. has an additional charge of €20 and €30 after midnightand your payment will be made through Airbnb, specifically, through its resolution center for processing. Other things to note This apartment meets the requirements set out in Decree 28 on 2nd February 2016 and other regulations applicable to the exercise of this tourist activity in terms of dimensions, furniture, equipment and services. As of May 2016, all apartments on AirBnB are regulated by the aforementioned Regional Law (Decree 28/2016), which in Article 7 requests the owner to ask all guests, over 16 years old, for their identification documents. During Check-In, as in hotels, you will be asked to complete a signed form with details of your identity (name, surname, date of birth, nationality, date of issue, passport or identity document) which by law must be sent to the police within 24 hours of arrival.
