The apartment on the 2nd floor has a separate entrance, is bright and spacious, about 95 m2 and contains 2 bedrooms with double beds, in the living room a sofa bed, antique pull-out bed for children. Open plan kitchen/living room. Large bathroom with 2 sinks, shower, bathtub and washing machine. The apartment has a cozy and quiet atmosphere. Beautiful view from the winter garden over Nidelven. Wi-Fi. A small pet allowed in the apartment BUT NOT IN THE GARDEN due to own dog. Parking is free at the house, or 50 m away in a larger parking lot (possibly for a large car). The space The apartment is suitable for both simple overnight stays and longer stays. The house is one of the first to be built in Bødkerbukt along Nidelva. It is a charming, older house, completely renovated in stages and is still being renewed. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment and garden during the rental period. During the period, the host will have a follow-up with lawn mowers and other care of the garden if guests stay beyond a few days. It is possible to bring a quiet little pet but only by appointment. Other things to note The apartment is cleaned thoroughly after each visit according to the current recommendations. Guests are required to leave the place tidy and inform if anything is damaged during the rental period. The dishwasher is turned on and garbage is disposed around the corner. Guests do not have to remove the bed linen.
