BRAND NEW PRIVATE POOL AND HOT TUB!!! 14 separate bedrooms, sleeps over 50 people. Each room has its own private bathroom and shower. We offer a variety of accommodations, from weddings, reunions, business retreats, etc... You will not be disappointed with your stay at Pheasant Run. Just finished construction on a brand new pool and hot tub. You really can’t go wrong:) The space Main Lodge: The largest space, with a total of 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Each rooms have two queen beds with a private bathroom and shower. The top floor has two bedrooms and a loft. With a total of three queen beds and three futon beds. The main floor has two bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, TV room, and laundry room. The bottom floor has three bedrooms and a mud room. The Club House has a commercial kitchen fully equipped for any large cooking needs, dining area for 20 plus, pool table, TV, and bathroom. There is private bedroom with two single beds, bathroom, shower, TV and private entrance. The basement has an additional two rooms that each have a bathroom with a total of 7 single beds. The Executive Suites have four private bedrooms and overlooks the beautiful Sevier Valley. Each bedroom is individually heated and has two queen beds, a bathroom, shower, TV, and private entrance. Guest access The Lodges at Pheasant Run is perfect place to come and enjoy the outdoors. Yuba Lake State Park is less than 10 miles away where you can go boating or just relax at the Lake. Palisade State Park and Golf Course in Stirling is only a 30 minute drive. You can walk out the front door and find numerous hikes and trails with beautiful scenery. Take a 45 minute drive to some of the best fishing Utah has to offer at Fish Lake. Free Wifi, Cable TV, fridge, microwave, oven, and any kitchen need. Other things to note You can either have us provide all of the meals or you can bring food and cook for yourselves. It is an additional charge if you have us provide the meals.
