Simple, but spacious, Two-Story Apartment in the heart of Gatlinburg, 5 mins away from the main strip. Park your car and walk to all the attractions Downtown Gatlinburg has to offer. Also, just steps away, you can grab a Trolley Ride and see all the action from the comfort of your seat. Swimming Pool available during the Summer and outside firepits during the winter. The space To provide the best experience for the my guests i’d like to summarize the few reviews (out of 200+) who were not fully satisfied (5*) with my accommodations. -Yes, it is an older place, but clean and spacious. It is equipped with everything you need for a home away from home. But if you are looking for a luxurious, newer place, it won’t be a perfect fit for you. -It is 2-3 blocks away (5 min walking distance) from the main strip, which is nice. You never have to worry about fighting traffic to get places. Shopping and dinning is right there. However, being downtown, my accommodations will not provide the experience of a secluded cabin up in the mountains. Two-Story apartment with private entrance: *2 Bedrooms (1 king bed and 2 queen beds) on the 2nd floor; *2 Full bathrooms (one on each floor); *Balcony on the 2nd floor; *Living room on the 1st floor (1 twin bed, 1 couch, 2 recliners); *Kitchen on the 1st floor; *3 TV's with standard TV cable (1 in each bedroom and 1 in the living room); *Free Wifi; *Free parking - park your car/s and walk to everything Downtown Gatlinburg has to offer. This apartment is part of a bigger ownership which includes couple hotels just steps away. So you'll have access to a guest laundry room (pay per load), outside fireplaces during the winter and 2 hotel pools, all shared with the hotel guests. So you can enjoy their swimming pools, outside fireplaces and use the laundry room (pay per load).
