Great location in Parma, close to Airport and Downtown Cleveland is not a far drive . We are a nice friendly couple, with 2 friendly Pugs and 1 Shin tzu. Also one friendly Cat named Olivia. House is kept clean, and quiet. No parties, no smoking in house, your welcome to sit out side and smoke. The space Comfy Queen Bed with night stand. Smart TV in your room. Desk and Office chair are in your room for those that need space to work on Laptop or other projects. Guest access Feel free to use kitchen to cook yourself a meal or use microwave. Please clean up after yourself. If your staying 5 days or longer your welcome to use washer and dryer. Keurig is available for coffee or hot chocolate. Creamer and sugar is available for your use. Also have hot tea. Refrigerator has Ice and filtered water on door. During your stay I work alot of hours and my husband works 3rd shift, but someone is always home should you have any questions or concerns. Other things to note Smoking is permitted outside only. Pets are welcome for a fee of $10.00, I request you send me information about your pet, such as personality, and behaviour traits. I have 3 small very friendly dogs, and a female cat who is friendly and very nosey. BEFORE I accept your reservation you MUST be Goverment ID verfied with AIRBNB. A picture of yourself IS required after I accept your reservation, so please have a profile picture on AIRBNB . I would hate to cancel your reservation because you have not provided me a photo so I know the person arriving at my home is the person that booked with AIRBNB.
