The Roundhouses, in a lovely garden, are at the edge of peaceful and friendly northern Thai village, overlook majestic Mount Chiang Dao the third highest mountain in Thailand. Please book at least a week in advance. The space Our Roundhouses have a magnificent panorama of Mount Chiang Dao. Each of the three for rent have a shady porch with a unique view. There is one double bed and a small day bed that can be made up into an extra bed. The Roundhouses are made using a blend of local and natural products such as rice husks and mud, making them cool in the summer, and warm in the winter. Guest access There is a Breakfast Roundhouse which can also be used at any time by our guests. Local teas and coffee is available, just help yourself any time. There is a library to browse, and books on natural building and our buildings in particular are available. Maggi is always happy to answer any questions. Other things to note Chiang Dao is only one and a half hours from Chiang Mai, with regular buses and mini buses every half hour. Taxis are also available to go between the two places.
