The space This house has a large living space, separate bedrooms, and separate bathrooms and laundry. BEDROOMS: The house has a 4 bedrooms: Bedroom 1: queen-sized bed Bedroom 2: queen-sized bed Bedroom 3: double-sized bed Bedroom 4: 2 single-sized beds All beds are topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. All bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: This property's bathroom is located next to the common hallway, not directly in the room. It's not an ensuite. There is one main bathroom with a shower, sink, and bath tub. The toilet is separated and there is no privacy lock in the bathroom. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. Note: The door of the shower room opens by pulling from the outside and by pushing from the inside. KITCHEN: Please make use of the kitchen. It comes equipped with: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - crockery and cutlery - oven - microwave We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a TV that you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. It also has access to all local channels. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your own account. LAUNDRY AREA: A washing machine and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron, ironing board and full size clothes line. PARKING: Driveway easily accommodates 2-3 vehicles. Additional parking can be made on the street - guest to be aware of any time/day restrictions. Guest access Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings. There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the keys or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge Other things to note Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages. Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.
